• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• You are ordering for lawful personal or gifting use, not for commercial resale.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order — it is an acknowledgement that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All prices on timelytreats.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.
• UPI — Payment is processed securely through UPI. Please complete the payment within the session to confirm your order.
• Card Payments — Debit and credit card payments are handled through our secure payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

A delivery charge may apply depending on your location and order value. Any applicable charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

We currently deliver within Chennai and select areas in Tamil Nadu. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, order volume, and logistics conditions.

• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout and via order confirmation email.
• Deliveries are made on business days. Deliveries on public holidays or weekends may be subject to delay.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or courier partner issues.
• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule.

Since our products are freshly prepared food items, we follow a limited cancellation and refund policy:

• Order cancellation — You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us directly via phone or email. After preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted.
• Damaged or incorrect items — If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
• Non-delivery — If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part, you will receive a full refund or a replacement delivery.
• Change of mind — We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, as our products are perishable food items.

All Timely Treats products are prepared in a home kitchen environment with care and hygiene. However, please be aware of the following:

• Our products may contain or have come into contact with common allergens including milk, nuts, ghee, sugar, and wheat flour. Please review product descriptions carefully.
• If you have a known food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before placing an order to confirm ingredient details.
• We are not liable for allergic reactions caused by failure to check product ingredients or disclose dietary requirements.
• Consume products within the recommended shelf life mentioned on the packaging. Store as directed for best quality and safety.

All content on timelytreats.com — including but not limited to the logo, product images, text, design, layout, and branding — is the property of Timely Treats and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
• The "Timely Treats" name, logo, and tagline "Because Every Sweet Moment Matters" are our proprietary brand assets and may not be used without authorisation.
• Sharing our social media content or product images for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., reviews) is permitted with proper attribution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timely Treats shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products.
