How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you can track it from the "My Orders" section after logging in. You'll also receive email updates at each stage — placed, packed, out for delivery, and delivered.
Do you deliver outside Chennai?
We currently deliver within Chennai and select areas in Tamil Nadu. For deliveries outside our standard zone, please contact us directly and we'll check availability.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible as our sweets are freshly made.
Do you take bulk or event orders?
Yes! We love catering to weddings, corporate events, festivals, and gifting occasions. Please reach out at least 3 days in advance with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and card payments. All online payments are processed securely. GST is included in the displayed price.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund promptly — your satisfaction is our priority.
